Notice To Water Users

    
The State Engineer received the following Application(s) in Emery
County (Locations in SLB&M). For more information or to receive a copy
of filings, visit http://waterrights.utah.gov or call 1-866-882-4426.

Persons objecting to an application must file a CLEARLY READABLE
protest stating FILING NUMBER, REASONS FOR OBJECTION, PROTESTANTS`
NAME AND RETURN ADDRESS, and any request for a hearing.  Effective
July 1, 2009, there will be a $15.00 fee for each protest filed.
Protest must be filed with the State Engineer, Box 146300, Salt Lake
City, UT 84114-6300 on or before DECEMBER 20, 2010. These are informal
proceedings as per Rule R655-6-2 of the Division of Water Rights. (The
Period of Use is generally year-round except irrigation which is
generally from Apr 1 to Oct 31 each year.)

CHANGE APPLICATION(S)

93-1003(a36609):  USA Bureau of Reclamation propose(s) using 117546.0
ac-ft. from the Seeley Creek (Emery Co. Project Service Area) for
IRRIGATION; STOCKWATERING; MUNICIPAL: In Castle Dale; In Huntington;
In Orangeville; INDUSTRIAL: Steam Generation at Huntington Power
Plant, Hunter Power Plant and mining.

92-670(a36946):  Gunnison Butte Mutual Irrigation Company,  State of
Utah Board of Water Resources
propose(s) using 5614.6944 ac-ft. from the Green River (1.75 miles N
of Green River) for IRRIGATION; OTHER: Evaporation.

EXTENSION(S)

94-52 (A35182):  Consolidation Coal Company is/are filing an extension
for  2400.0 ac-ft. from
groundwater (Walker Flat Quad.) for IRRIGATION; INDUSTRIAL: Industrial
and mining-all uses relating

of Utah Board of Water
Resources is/are filing an extension for  8463.9054 ac-ft. from the
Green River (Flaming Gorge Dam)
for IRRIGATION.

of Utah Board of Water
Resources is/are filing an extension for  3761.12 ac-ft. from the
Green River (Flaming Gorge Dam)
