Kevin and Kayleen Cotner are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter KayDee to Travis Failor, son of Jeff and Julie Failor and Robin and Farster Belgard on Dec. 4 at the Carbon County Event Center.
A reception will be held in their honor from 6-8 p.m. and dancing to follow.
The couple will make their home in Rock Springs, Wyo.
