Mountain Property Opportunity

    
	The Utah State Office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has
approved an application for the partial relinquishment of Federal coal
leases SL-064607-064621, SL-066116, SL-070645, U-02664, and UTU-47978
held by PacifiCorp, c/o Interwest Mining Company, 1407 West North
Temple, Suite 310, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116, on February 20, 2004
and June 24, 2004. Based on this partial relinquishment PacifiCorp
wants to modify the East Mountain Logical Mining Unit (LMU), UTU-
73336, in accordance with 43 CFR 3487.   The proposed LMU modification
is available for review at the BLM, Utah State Office, 440 West 200
South, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah.

	The LMU modification would withdraw a portion of the lands contained
in Federal coal leases SL-064607-064621, SL-066116, SL-070645,
U-02664, and UTU-47978 from the LMU.  

	The description of the lands contained within the modified area to be
released from the East Mountain LMU is as follows:
