	Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Emery County -
Buckhorn Information Center, which includes 20'x 20' CMU building, 4
picnic tables and cover structures, electric services and connections
to structures, 1,300 LF jack-leg fencing, and other site improvements
and related work will be received by Emery County at the office of the
Emery Clerk / Auditor, 75 East Main Castle Dale, UTAH 84513, until
5:00 p.m., March 7, 2011, and then publicly opened and read aloud at
the regularly scheduled Emery County Commission Meeting March 8, 2011
at 9:00 AM. Please indicate on outside of bid "Emery County - Buckhorn
Information Center". Emery County is not responsible for bids that are
received late due to delays in delivery by any source. Emery County
reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any
informality of any bid and to select the bid which in the opinion of
the OWNER provides the best product, warranty, and/or service to the
