Estate of Maxine Elizabeth Leverton, Deceased, Probate No. 093700025

 William Patrick Leverton has been appointed personal representative
of the Estate of Maxine Elizabeth Leverton, Seventh District Court
Case No. 093700025.  All claims against the estate must be addressed
to William Patrick Leverton, c/o Michael D. Olsen, Olsen Law Office,
PC, P. O. Box 937, 25 N. Center Street, Castle Dale, UT  84513, and
must be presented within three months after the date of the first
publication of the notice or be forever barred.
