    ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPOINTMENT AND
    NOTICE TO CREDITORS
    
    
    	Estate of JOHN FENTON RICHARDS, Probate No. 113700006, Seventh
District Court, in and for Emery County, State of Utah - Cara Reed,
who's mailing address is 1513 East 9th Street, Okmulgee, Oklahoma
74447, has been appointed Personal Representative of the above
entitled estate. 
    
    	Creditors of the Estate are hereby notified to (1) deliver or
mail their written claims to the personal representative at the
address above; or (2) deliver or mail their written claims to the
Personal Representative's Attorney of Record, Mark H. Tanner, 635
South Main Street, P.O. Box 538, Orangeville, Utah 84537; or (3) file
their written claims with the Clerk of the Seventh District Court, in
Salt Lake County, State of Utah, 1850 North 560 West, P.O. Box 635,
Castle Dale, Utah 84513, or otherwise present their claims as required
by Utah law within three (3) months after the date of the first
publication of this notice, or be forever barred.
