The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the front steps of the Emery County Courthouse at 1850 North 560 West, Castle Dale, Emery County, Utah, on September 20, 2011 at the hour of 2:00 p.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed originally executed by Mark S. Maxfield as Trustor, in favor of Desertview Federal Credit Union, covering real property located at 65 South 300 West, Huntington, Utah 84528, and more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 26, Huntington Townsite Survey; thence East 136.125 feet; thence South 170 feet; thence West 136.125 feet; thence North 170 feet to the point of beginning.
The current beneficiary of the trust deed is Desertview Federal Credit Union and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the notice of default is Mark S. Maxfield. This Trust Deed is recorded as Entry Number 397252 of the records of the Emery County Recorder. Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee $5,000.00 at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day following the sale. Both payments must be in the form of a cashier's check or certified funds.
