NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    

Emery Town Council will Hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm on Wed.,
September 21, 2011 at the Emery Town Community Center located at 76
North 100 West, Emery, UT 84522.  The regular Town Council meeting
will follow the Public Hearing.


Public Hearing Agenda:

	
*         Consideration for and adoption of a bond resolution
authorizing the issuance of a $270,000 Water Revenue Bond, Series 2011
of Emery Town, Emery County, Utah

	
*         Consideration for and adoption of a Grant Resolution
authorizing the issuance of a $4,000,000 Water Revenue Grant
Anticipation Note, series 2011

	
*         Possible Post Office closing

	
*         Contract proposal with Crown Castle for Cell Tower
