Notice Of Public Hearing

    


	Emery Town Council will Hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm on Wed.,
November 9,2011 at the Emery Town Community Center located at 76 North
100 West, Emery UT 84522.  The regular Town council meeting will
follow the Public Hearing

Public Hearing Agenda:

	·	Post Office
	·	Consideration for and adoption of a Bond Resolution 
		authorizing the issuance of a $270,000 Water Revenue Bond, 
		Series 2011 of Emery Town, Emery County, Utah.
	·	Consideration for and adoption of a Grant Resolution 
		authorizing the issuance of a $4,000,000 Water Revenue 
		Grant Anticipation Note, Series 2011
	·         Contract Proposal-Crown Castle/Cell Tower
	·         Utility Connections Cost
