PUBLIC NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

    
The Utah State Office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has
received an application from GENWAL Resources, Inc.,  c/o UtahAmerican
Energy, Inc., P. O. Box 910 East Carbon, Utah  84520, for a Logical
Mining Unit (LMU) in accordance with 43 CFR 3487.   The application
for the proposed LMU is available for review at the BLM, Utah State
Office, 440 West 200 South, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah.

	The proposed LMU contains lands from Federal coal leases, state coal
leases and private lands.  

	The description of the lands which is to form the Crandall Canyon LMU
is as follows:
