WELLINGTON-Cassidy John McCourt, age 21, passed away Oct. 29, 2011 from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
He was born Aug. 14, 1990 in Olympia, Wash. to Franklin Ray McCourt Jr. and Glenna Brundage.
Cassidy shared a special love for rodeo, he enjoyed bull riding, bareback, and saddle bronc riding or just about anything else that would give his mother a heart attack. He enjoyed the outdoors and looked forward to riding Jet Ski's and wakeboarding with his family in Lake Powell. His mischievous smile warmed the hearts of all and his quick wit kept everyone on edge. He was very generous and loved nothing more than making people laugh.
At the time of his passing he was employed at Joy Mining and Machinery where he touched the hearts of all. He was always looking for ways to help others and wished nothing in return. Cassidy was known for his big heart and during his final hours, he was able to share the gift of life with others. His gift will live on through them and his memory will be cherished forever.
