Ferron City Public Notice Surplus Equipment

     
 Notice is hereby given that Ferron City will dispose of the following
surplus equipment:
 
 BACKHOE 580K  - (Minimum Bid $21,000)
 
 	Sold as is, no minimum bid:

 BASE BALL PITCHING MACHINE

 SCANNER
 JACOBSEN 5 GANG MOWER (11 ft wide)
 PUMP STATION 30 HP MOTOR -PHASE CONVERTER FROM SINGLE TO 3 PHASE
(mounted on a skid)
 
 	Interested parties may inspect the items by contacting Ferron City
Hall located at 20 East Main Street, Ferron, Utah. Closed bids should
be submitted to City Hall no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 12, 2012.
The bids will be opened by the City Council that same evening during
the regularly scheduled Council Meeting. Ferron City reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all bids.
