    PUBLIC NOTICE
    
    	NOTICE is hereby given that Green River City is seeking bids for
a Web Master.
    
    	Skills:
    	Design and layout of web pages
    	Photo scanning and cropping
    	Graphics conversion from many different formats
    	Able to meet deadlines
    	Knowledgeable of the Internet
    	Experienced in creating and maintaining electronic files
    	Web Master will report directly to the department head
    	Maintain off server back up of web site
    	Submit the site to major search engines
    
    	The bid must include the following:
    	Total amount of the bid, plus hourly rates. 
    	Provide a statement summarizing the bidder's goals and vision for
the web site.
    	Provide portfolio of work and possible spec work for the bid.
    
    	Copyright notice:  Web Site, Domain name and work product is the
property of the City of Green River.
    
    	All bids must be received at Green River City Hall 460 East Main,
P.O. Box 620, Green River, Utah 84525 no later than 4:00 p.m. on
Thursday, February 9, 2012.
    
    	The City has the right to accept or reject any or all bids
presented.
