ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

	Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Miller Creek Road
Phase 2 Project, #120-12-01 will be received by Emery County Special
Service District #1 at the office of The Engineer, Johansen & Tuttle
Engineering   until 10:00 a.m., April 6, 2012, and then opened and
publicly read aloud. 

	A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made
payable to the Owner, will accompany the Bid.

Major items of work:
	1.  HMA	-	1,037 TON
	2.  Roadway Excavation	-	2,416 C.Y.	
	3.  Right-of-Way Fence	-	1,456 L.F.

	The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive
any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the
District. 

	Prospective bidders may assemble at Johansen & Tuttle Engineering,   
March 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., for the group showing.

	Attendance at the project pre-site-show meeting and site-show is
mandatory and a prerequisite to submitting a bid for the project. 
Bidding Contractors, or a duly authorized representative, must arrive
at the site for the said meeting and site-showing.

	The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the office of the Engineer:
Johansen & Tuttle Engineering, Inc., 90 South 100 East - Castle Dale,
Utah 84513,  and obtained upon a non-refundable payment of  $50.00 for
each set.
