	Huntington City is accepting proposals from a General Contractor for
the removal of debris and noxious growth from the Huntington Creek.
This project is located within Huntington City, in Huntington, Utah.

	A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed amount
will be required. This bond will be made payable to Huntington City
Building Authority and shall accompany the proposal.

	Interested parties can contact Huntington City (435-687-2436) during
regular business hours with project questions.

	A mandatory walk through will be held on September 14, 2012, meeting
at Huntington City Hall at 11:00 a.m.

	Huntington City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or
to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest
of the city. Project proposal packages will be available at the
Huntington City Hall office during regular business hours beginning
Wednesday September 5, 2012.

	Interested parties shall deliver a sealed bid proposal no later than
Friday September 21, 2012, before 12:00 Noon, to Huntington City Hall.
Opening of the sealed bids will be at 4:00 pm on Friday September 21,
2012. Huntington City will award the project no later than Wednesday
April 26, 2012.
