     PUBLIC NOTICE

           A public Hearing to receive comment on the 2013 budget and
the 2012 amended budget of the North Emery Water Users' Special
Service District will be held Thursday December 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. 
At the North Emery Water Users office building, 1325 North Hwy 155
Cleveland, Utah.  The tentative budget for 2013 is on file  and
available for public inspection in the North Emery Water office
building from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
