ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Weed and Mosquito
Building, 2013 will be received by the Local Building Authority of
Emery County at the Emery County Clerk's Office @ 75 East Main Street,
Castle Dale, Utah 84513 until 3:00 p.m., July 8, 2013, and then opened
and publicly read aloud at the Local Building Authority Meeting on
July 9, 2013, after scheduled Commission Meeting.

	A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made
payable to the Owner, shall accompany the Bid.

	Major Items of work include: 	
		
1. Steel building erection and framing 	5.    Plumbing
2.  Structure concrete			6.    Earth Work
3. Electrical
4. Mechanical

	Prospective bidders may assemble at the office of Johansen & Tuttle
Engineering June 27, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., for the group showing.  

	Attendance at the prospective pre-site-show meeting and site-showing
is mandatory and a prerequisite to submitting a bid for the project. 
Bidding Contractors, or a duly authorized representative, must attend
the site-showing, at Johansen & Tuttle Engineering, 90 South 100 East,
Castle Dale, UT 84513.	

	The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the office of the Engineer:
  Johansen & Tuttle Engineering, Inc. located at 90 South 100 East,
Castle Dale, Utah  84513. Contract documents may be obtained at the
Site Show upon a non-refundable payment of $75.00 for each set.  After
the site show bidding contractors can request an electronic copy,
which will be provided for a fee of $50.00.

The Local Building Authority Of Emery County reserves the right to
reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in
any bid in the interest of the County.
