	Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Orangeville City Storage
Facility Project, 2013, will be received by Orangeville City at the
Orangeville City Hall until 11:00 a.m. September 3, 2013, and then be
opened and publicly read aloud. Orangeville City, PO Box 677, 25 North
Main Street, Orangeville, Utah 84537.

	A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made
payable to the Owner, shall accompany the Bid.

	Major items of work:

	1.	Erection of a 20-foot X 72-foot Storage Facility	-	Lump sum
	2.	Untreated Base Course	-	24 C.Y.
	3.	Structural Concrete	-	29 C.Y.

	Prospective bidders shall assemble at the Orangeville City Hall,
August 26, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. for the group showing.

	The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive
any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the
City. Also, the City reserves the right to implement their local
contractor ordinance.

	Attendance at the project pre-site-show meeting and site-show is
mandatory and a prerequisite to submitting a bid for the project.
Bidding Contractors, or a duly authorized representative, must arrive
at Orangeville City Hall for the said meeting and site-showing.

	The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:
Engineer's Office: Johansen & Tuttle Engineering Inc., 90 South 100
East, Castle Dale, Utah 84513. Copies may be obtained at the site show
upon a non-refundable payment of $50.00 for each set. Electronic
copies of the drawings and specifications will not be made available.
