ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Project Owner:
Huntington City
Huntington, Utah 84528

	Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Huntington City  -
Rodeo Grounds Demolition Plan Project, 2014 will be received by
Huntington City at the Huntington City Hall, 20 South Main Street,
Huntington, UT 84528    until   10:00  a.m., January 28, 2014, and
then opened and publicly read aloud.  

	A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made
payable to the Owner, shall accompany the Bid.

	Major items of work:
	1.  Excavation			450 C.Y.			
	2.  Fence Removal		510 L.F.			
	
	The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive
any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the City. 

Prospective bidders may assemble at the Huntington City at 20 South
Main Street, Huntington, Utah on January 21, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., for
the group showing.

	The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location:  
Engineer's Office:  Johansen & Tuttle Engineering, Inc., 90 South 100
East,  Castle Dale, Utah  84513.  Contract documents may be obtained
at the Site Show upon a non-refundable payment of $75.00 for each set.
After the site show bidding contractors can request an electronic
copy, which will be provided for a fee of $50.00.
