A field service offier from the Veterans of Foreign Wars will be at the Price Workforce Service Center on June 23 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. This is a free service to assist veterans, widows and dependents in understanding and applying for rightful VA benefits.
The Emery County Recreation Special Service District will be conducting registration for the Special Needs Swimming Program on June 1 from 2-5 p.m. at the Emery County Recreation Office, 75 South 400 East, Castle Dale, for children who are mentally or physically challenged. Emery High School Graduation will be held May 26 at 7 p.m. in the Spartan Center. We politely request that the graduates observe a dignified dress code and that the audience observe a dignified atmosphere during the program. The closing program honoring the ninth grade class at Canyon View Junior High School will be held May 20 at 6 p.m. in the school gynasium.
