Bryant Glade Nelson of Clawson will be honored at a surprise open house to celebrate his 80th birthday. The celebration will take place on May 16, from 2-4 p.m. in the Ferron Senior Citizen Center.
Bryant and his wife Becky have 15 children, 44 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Bryant is a WWII vet and retired from Western Coal Carriers where he worked as a truck driver and mechanic.
