Request for Proposal

Emery County School District is now requesting a submittal/proposal to
install approximately 20,304 square feet of Carlisle TPO roofing,
including approximately 20,304 sq. feet of ballasted roofing to be
removed and TPO installed, at various school buildings in Emery
County, Utah.

	A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2010,
starting at Cottonwood Elementary School at 9 a.m. Must Field Verify
All Measurements.

	Bid Opening will be Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 1 p.m. at the District
Office at 130 North Main in Huntington, Utah. Proposals must be
received on or before Noon on Wednesday, May 26, 2010.

	Submittals/Proposals may be mailed or faxed to Kerry Lake, Building
Construction Supervisor. Contractors must submit a Bid Bond in the
amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the
Emery School District. A Bid Bond must accompany each bid. The Emery
School District reserves the right to reject any or all
submittals/bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any
submittal/bid in the interest of the School District. Owner reserves
the right to accept or reject the lowest responsible submittal/bid.
