In simple terms, the related stories feature attempts to display stories related to the one you are currently viewing.
It does this by analyzing the characteristics of the current story, like the headline and introductory paragraph, and compares it to other stories in our publication archives.
But sometimes this process goes awry and can generate results that may not make a whole lot of sense, especially when it involves words that have multiple meanings.
If this happens to you, it doesn't mean there is a serious problem. It simply means the related stories feature may have been a little confused.
