Spartan basketball loses heartbreaker to Manti in championship game: takes 2nd


The Emery High boys basketball finished their season at the 2A state tournament in Richfield with a second place finish.

Pirates finish as region co-champs with win over Monticello Head to state tourney in Richfield on Wed. at 8:30 p.m.


The Green River Pirate boys' basketball team closed out the region season with a 44-40 victory over third-ranked in the state Monticello and the two teams will finish the season as co-region 19 champions for the 2014-15 season....
